A 90-minute win, qualification and a binary No can describe three different outcomes. Compare the question first.
In a three-outcome football result, Arsenal No can include the draw.

What to watch
Now consider a hypothetical binary question: will Arsenal beat City in regulation? If its rules define only an Arsenal win as Yes, then No includes both a draw and a City win. Treating that No price as City’s win probability would erase the draw. Before comparing providers, match the fixture, teams, scheduled event, settlement period and precise outcome. Regulation result and qualification must stay separate.
Even an identical question does not make every displayed number directly interchangeable. A bookmaker quote and a prediction-market price can have different margins, fees, spreads and available size. A prominent percentage may also be older than the one beside it.
What would change the read?
A useful comparison card therefore starts with the full question and its timestamp. Only then should the price take centre stage. Apparent disagreement is interesting; disagreement caused by mismatched definitions is a comparison error.
